A Lifestyle

To me, worship is all about living my life in direct response to God’s AMAZING grace–it’s somehow grasping the extent of His love for me and His mercy and letting that overflow in how I live, love and learn.
Worship is starting the day by dedicating it to God and His plan.
Worship is thanking Him for the ability to run three miles in the morning.
Worship is my favorite brew of coffee, sitting in front of the fireplace with my dog in God’s presence.
Worship is the honor of serving in ministry in the local church.
Worship is being able to actively play a part in the work that God is doing in my life and other people’s lives.
Worship is making music to give Him glory.
Worship is spending the evening with my wife and being able to nurture her.
Worship is thanking God for the experiences of the day.
Worship is modeled by a woman in the Bible who washes Jesus’ feet with her tears because she knew the extent to which she’d been forgiven (Luke 7).
Worship is attempting to grasp how wide, how long, how high and how deep God’s love is for me (Ephesians 3).
Worship is living with the eternal perspective (Corinthians 4).
Worship is a lifestyle.

To me, Worship is driving my car to work while I listen to Worship music and prepare my spirit to help the dying in the hospice where I work. Praying with them and helping them throughout their remaining days. Worship, is winning souls for Jesus. Like Tim said, it’s a lifestyle.
I love the song “Closer to You”

Gabriela, people like you are so special, and are doing God’s work in such a beautiful way. Your spirit not only helps the dying, but also those of us who read your kind words. The souls you win may not be just those in hospice. Thak you for sharing your spirit.
Praise God, PRAISE GOD!!!
