It was performed at Carnegie Hall and the Dove Awards, and every dollar raised went to charities benefiting the families of victims. Today the Gravity Foundation distributes copies of this song for free to thousands of military men and women in Iraq, Afghanistan, and around the world. As our country commemorates the 10-year anniversary of 9/11 this month, it’s appropriate to listen and remember.
